Events

• Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all tastings must be paid for in advance
• All bookings are refundable up to four weeks before the event – less a 10% admin fee
• Up to four weeks prior to the event there are no refunds but attendees may send a substitute or transfer to another workshop event
• Within one week of the event there are no refunds – attendees may send a substitute but cannot transfer to another date unless there are exceptional circumstances
• No one under 18 years of age is permitted to attend the workshop events
• We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the event if it is deemed their behaviour is disruptive and prevents others from enjoying the event
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances

Private wine tastings

• A non refundable deposit of 50% is required in order to secure your booking
• Full payment must be made no less than one week before the event date
• Discover the Vine is not responsible for any service or event supplied by a third party
• We do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18
