Sumptuous Seasonal Reds
From the lighter reds of Beaujolais and Cabernet Franc to the big hearty reds made from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. This talk will cover: the use of oak in wine, wines that age well, what to drink young, as well as tips on which foods to pair with these wines. Let me take you on a leisurely trip along the Loire Valley in Northern France to discover some of the lovely wines grown along this beautiful river, from Muscadet in the West, to delicious Sauvignon Blanc in the Central vineyards. Let’s talk all things Loire!
New to Wine? Let’s get started on the basics
This talk will introduce you to the wonderful world of wine allowing you to discover the different styles of wine and grape varieties, from Old World Pinot Noir to New World Zinfandel.
